Having previously worked as a Police prosecutor, Fiona is familiar with the criminal law process, both from a defence and a prosecutor’s perspective. She ensures clients understand what is happening at each stage of the Court process and helps them achieve the best possible outcome.
Whether it’s straightforward and you intend to plead guilty, or whether you wish to defend the charge all the way to a hearing, Fiona can guide you through the process. She also specialises in assisting clients with complex applications for a discharge without conviction (section 106 application).
Fiona can also help you with obtaining a limited licence (work licence) if your drivers’ licence is suspended or disqualified.
